How it works

The Green Quarter’s bike scheme is delivering a fleet of 30 bikes across six docking stations near Southall Station and around the development. Providing greener, more convenient commutes and encouraging residents to spend more time outdoors, they will have access to bikes within the development to explore the newly-opened 1km canal path lining the Grand Union Canal, to the top of the development opposite Southall Station. The scheme is free for 30 minutes - £0.25p/min thereafter.

You will need to be a Private Resident to use the scheme and registered to POD. To join the scheme simply download the app and register as a new user.

Find a bike

We have ... stations stations around The Green Quarter. You can see the number of available bikes in the app.

Park the bike in a station

Return your bike to one of the six stations throughout the development. The bike requires a slight push to slot into the parking stand. Flick down the yellow lever to ensure ride is over. The back light should now be off and your ride is complete. Check the app for confirmation before you leave.

When you need it

With docking stations located throughout the development, you have easy access to our fleet of bikes whenever you need them. Whether you're heading to Grand Union Canal, or simply enjoying a leisurely ride, our bikes are here to help you get around quickly and easily.
